Stress Free Trip

June 18th 2023 I traveled to Cancun Mexico for a very much needed vacation. I have never considered going to Mexico as I love Cuba and that is my destination of choice. (Or was) I have always found traveling stressful and anxiety ridden to the point I dreaded every minute until we arrived at the hotel. Months of planning , research so much stress and anxiety to the point of not wanting to even bother . I am beyond thrilled to say that SWAN FAMILY TRAVEL took care of everything and I mean EVERYTHING!!!! I had a travel companion and we had our own agendas. I had a lot of time on my own and I was very apprehensive about venturing off on my own no confidence at all. My itinerary was put together in such a way I was confident and enjoyed leaving the hotel on my own no second thoughts no hesitation. Thanks to the itinerary that was prepared for me, I was able to navigate to local museums, the mall and even the plaza on the lagoon side of the island. I even tried things I had never done before. I navigated easily thanks to the links provided . My excursions were booked for me and I was provided with what to expect and how to make the most of it. I have more confidence than ever. I have grown in many ways and I am grateful for such a wonderful vacation that was planned in such a way I just had to pack my bags and enjoy. I got a taste of adventure and stepped away out of my comfort zone. No ANXIETY no endless hours of research it was all taken care of. Swan Family Travel made a big dream come true. Next year me and my family will be heading back to Mexico and I know that I will have an even more amazing experience that I will share with my husband and my son. Thank you for everything Amanda. You did a phenomenal job. Above and beyond what I had expected! Amanda is friendly , patient and knowledgeable and supportive every step of the way!

Best Service I Have Ever Had

My experience was amazing! Especially because it was a very very last minute trip. Amanda was able to get everything done very quickly, even managed to fix a mistake that I made . She was friendly kind and efficient. Highly recommend for anyone travelling! You won't get better service anywhere else.
