Above and Beyond

Amanda went above and beyond for our recent family trip. We booked over Christmas and when it got delayed Amanda worked day and night, including holidays and her birthday to contact the company and get us out on another flight or to book a different trip for the same time frame. No other travel agent would answer their phone over the holidays! We ended up booking for February and had the same great service! we will only use Swan Family travel from now on! Thank you Amanda for everything!
